Nokia gave news of four new mobiles to be launched early 2007.
We have the Nokia 6300, Nokia 6290, Nokia 6086 and Nokia 2626. The first three are mid range mobile phones while the latter is a low-end phone.
The Nokia 6290 is a 3G 850/900/1800/1900 clamshell smartphone. It has two TFT screens, one with 16M colors and the second exterior one with 256k color. It has Symbian 9.1 OS, and connectivity is well represented with 3G, edge, gprs, ir and bluetooth. It will have 50MB internal memory and a microSD extension card slot. It also features FM Radio
The Nokia 6086 resembles The 6290 except that it hasn’t got 3G and the main TFT is only 256K colors. Besides the 6290 it has Wi-Fi support (plus that it is UMA-enabled - where UMA means Unlicensed mobile access)
The Nokia 6300 is an one piece - monoblock mobile phone. It is triband, and has a 16M-color display. It also has FM radio, Bluetooth and microSD card support.
The Nokia 2626 is a low-end budget mobile phone with 65k CSTN display, 2MB internal memory and FM radio.

This phone has been described as an Off-Road mobile. Nokia 5500 has a body made of lot’s of rubber, aluminium and of course plastics.

Unfortunately it has no card slot and only 64MB of internal memory, it’s also has no camera or media player options. It’s also knwon as BlackBerry 8700c, BlackBerry 8700r; BlackBerry 8700f; BlackBerry 8700v.

The phone is cheap, but good looking. This is it’s strong point. It has no notable functions, except maybe the radio. Most parents started to give this phone to their kids to use.
It has No Mini-USB connection, only 3MB of internal memory and no camera.
Good for people on the move, that need no advanced functions, but a phone that looks decent. Useing it means just voice, text & mms and of course radio.

LG announced their new slim mobile The LG Shine.
It’s looks make the Shine to be a worthy competitor to the Motorola Razr series and a powerful addition to the Chocolate family.

Eten, the Taiwanese electronics manufacturer has announced their new PocketPC mobile phone, M700 Glofiish. The phone packs a slide-out QUERTY keyboard that will come in handy when writing those long e-mails or text messages.
A special feature of Eten Glofiish M700 is the build-in GPS via an embedded SiRF Star III chipset. However, the GPS software is not included.
Other specifications include: 2.8″ 65K colors QVGA resolution touchscreen, 2MP camera, MicroSD card slot, Radio FM, WiFi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth, GPRS, EDGE and miniUSB port.
Eten Glofiish M700 runs Windows Mobile 5.0 and uses a 400MHz Samsung processor with 128 MB ROM and 64 MB RAM.
The handset is quad-band and you could use it practically anywhere in the world. Eten Glofiish M700 is expected to be available this December, making a great Christmas gift.

LG has announce that a new member of the Chocolate series is coming up next. You all remember the LG KG800 mobile, also known as the “Chocolate phone”, LG KE800 is the new Chocolate phone, we can even call it the revised version. This is because it basically takes care of all the problems with KG800. The new phone has QVGA screen resolution, radio FM, and MicroSD card slot, and a 2.0MP camera with autofocus and flash. The design is, well, delicious, it’s a chocolate phone, no? The main diffrence between dimensions is that KE800 it’s much thinner than KG800 (9.9mm instead of 15.2mm).
Even the battery life was improved, the stand-by is now up to 270 hours.

i-mate offically announced the new JAQ3 PocketPC featuring a full QUERTY keyboard and running Windows Mobile 5.0.
The dubai based company labels the mobile as a “dedicated messaging phone“.
JAQ3 is powered by a TI OMAP 850 200Mhz processor and it has a 2.4″ 65K colors touchscreen with QVGA (320 x 240) resolution.
The Global Sales Director at i-mate, Jack Craine, described the phone:
“The new i-mate JAQ3 is ideal for the busy professional who wants to reap the benefits of the Microsoft Windows Mobile solution and the rapid growth of WiFi connectivity at an attractive price.
