We tend to believe that Mr. Schwarzenegger proved one good point by saying that people under 18 are easily distracted and inexperienced and should pay more attention while being behind the wheel.

You would say a good beating, being erased from the face of the Earth or something similar, but you would need a reality check. In fact first time offenders will be fined $20 and $50 for succeeding offenses. It isn’t that bad and in comparison with what the governor could do to you, you should always be ready to pay up.
