Czech Republic was really in need of data services, so the building of a 3G network is a priority right now. And choosing Nokia-Siemens Networks was wise, as services will be of high quality; on the other side, Nokia-Siemens is also glad to extend their partnership.

T-Mobile will also get network integration services, the NetAct network management system, and an upgrade of the central network in order to support advanced 3G services; all these provided of course by Nokia-Siemens Networks.

The process of T-Mobile’s 3G network will start this autumn, in Prague, and it is supposed to be finished by the end of the year.

The Nokia 5730 XpressMusic is available since June 2009, in Red, Monochrome, Blue, and Pink color options, for about 260 euro.

The two big companies will start working together on different solutions, design, development and marketing. It is assumed that starting with the next year, Nokia will sell smartphones with Microsoft Office Communicator Mobile. This alliance will bring users the possibility to view, edit, create and share Office documents, having access to Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft OneNote. They will also have mobile access to intranet and extranet portals, as well as to Microsoft System Center.

If we think that Nokia sold over 200 million smartphones, it is not a surprise that Microsoft decided to cooperate with them. We hope that this cooperation will sell even more smartphones all over the world and users will be satisfied with the new Microsoft Office Mobile service.

The OVI service is really popular because users can quickly and easily create an E-Mail account directly from their mobile device, without the need of a computer; and using OVI Mail is completely free. The service is available in more than 180 countries (including countries like India, Indonesia, Mexico, Russia and South Africa), and 20 languages.

OVI Mail is a very useful service, especially for those users who don’t have access to a computer or Internet. And according to the above mentioned statistics, it seems that the service works well and users like it. Will OVI Mail seriously rival Gmail or others? We shall see….;)

The Nokia E52 is available since July 2009, in Metal Grey Aluminium, Golden Aluminium, and Graphite Grey color options.

Rumors say that the new Nokia N900 Rover could be launched by T-Mobile USA, but nothing is yet official.

What we know is that the new Internet tablet will work on three HSPA bands – 850, 1700 and 2100 MHz, and it will come equipped with WiFi, GPS, slide-out QWERTY keyboard, FM transmitter, a 1320 mAh battery, and other features that are not yet confirmed.

Having an exclusively deal with Nokia for this phone, Carphone Warehouse will sell the 5530 XM at the price of 150 euro, instead of 199, as it was expected. The Nokia 5530 XM will be available in Red on black, Blue on white, Grey on black, Pink on white, and Yellow on white color options.

But this is not the only improvement that will take place; Nokia Maps 3.0 will also be replaced by the newest version, 3.0.1, and the phone will be greater in landscape mode. Downloads will also be replaced by OVI Store, the launcher being preloaded.

Nokia also announced photographer David Bailey’s exhibition, which is part of the “Alive At Night” campaign. And yes…al the images will be taken by night with the Nokia N86. The exhibition will take place in London, on the 27th of August, starting with 10AM until 5PM the next day.
