Announced in 2005, the Panasonic VS6 is a good value handset with a high quality screen. There’s a 2 megapixel digital camera, a high quality 320×240 pixel display in 16 million colours as well as stylish black colour Bluetooth.
The phone boasts a high-definition 2.2 inch QVGA screen with approximately 16 million colours and outstanding brightness of 300 candela m2.The VS6 quite a slim tri-band GSM phone at 21mm thick but when opened, it unfolds into quite a large handset. It comes with downloadable Java games, a best seller Sonic the Hedgehog game from SEGA preinstalled onto the handset version of Sonic the Hedgehog is included as well as a WAP browser.
The phone enables users to download even more games, MP3 ringtones and wallpapers via GPRS. However, there’s no MP3 player, internal memory is just 32Mb and is not expandable In the UK, there is no email client and no 3G. The Panasonic VS6 can be had for about £120 (around €190) on prepay.
