From the looks of the sketch that passed the FCC watchful eyes, Samsung SGH i617 is preparing to become the successor of the Blackjack. We can only guarantee for the shape, it resembling remarkably the original Blackjack, and for the name, the Blackjack’s initial name being i607. It could be a long shot, but we don’t think so and if the FCC decides to give the ok to go, we’ll find out soon enough. We are hopeful that this new Samsung model will include HSDPA 850 / 1900, WiFi, a slightly better keyboard and will be running on Windows Mobile 6, as it is meant to be business-centric.
