The new Nokia 6208c phone, spotted at the company’s Chinese website, is the first Nokia touchscreen-equipped feature phone. It’s running Series 40 UI and the touch input is preferred for Chinese characters.

Features and specifications for Nokia 6208c: 900/1800/1900 Mhz band, GSM/GPRS/EDGE radio, 3.2 megapixels camera, 4x digital zoom, dual LED flesh, 2.4-inch QVGA 16 million color touchscreen, bluetooth 2.0, standard 3.5 mm headphone jack, microSD card slot.

Its size is 109.8×13.3 mm and its weight is 120.1 grams. Nokia 6208c will be presented on markets in India, Middle East, North Africa and China. The price is still unkown.

The Nokia 6208c touchscreen device is now available in China, as it was officially announced. The phone comes with pen/stylus input and Chinese characters, for messages, as well as a large screen display. The back cover comes is made of stainless steel.

Features and specifications: EGSM 900/1800/1900 band; a 3.2 megapixel camera, with dual LED flash and 4x digital zoom; 13MB internal memory; microSD cards with up to 8GB; a 2.4-inch screen display with 320 x 240 pixel resolution; keyboard and handwriting stylus pen for input methods; video capture at 15fps; media player; Bluetooth, EDGE/GPRS/HSCSD network connectivity; POP3 and IMAP4 E-Mail support; WEB browsing; voice dialing and voice-driven commands; Java and Flash support.

The Nokia 6208c will be available in the first half of 2009; the pricing is unknown.
