This device is considered to be the first smartphone that comes with integrated GSM and WiMAX radios.

Art Lebedev artists designed this WiMAX handset and dream that the concept phone will be made for use; this would probably happen on Scartel’s Russian WiMAX networks, both in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
Well, as it is a concept phone, we have quite a few details on it. But it seems that the WiMAX handset will have WiMAX connectivity, WiFi, a front and rear-facing camera, and a class-topping 850×480 display. It will also have a tri-band GSM radio, probably a 850Mhz band, and of course, as you see, a giant touchscreen.
