Dell’s new Android-based handset is rumored for some time. Finally, we have some clear information about the new phone, but nothing is official yet. The handset is named Benzine and it is branded as the Mini 3i. We even have a pic of the device, if you look below.
It seems that the new Benzine will come equipped with features like: Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE class 12; Android OS; a 3.5 nHD 640Ã—360 LCD, 18-bit, 262K colors display; OTA capable; Microsoft Exchange support; Google, AIM, Yahoo and MSN IM support; a 3 megapixel camera, with auto-focus, flash, 8x digital zoom, as well as a 30fps video shooting mode, and built in photo editor; GPS; Bluetooth and USB connectivity; on-screen QWERTY keyboard, handwriting recognition, and multi touch UI; MicroSD slot; 58 x 122 x 11.7mm, and 103g.
The Dell Benzine Android device seems to be quite an interesting handset, and it will almost surely be launched in China. We are still waiting for some official info, as well as for the exact availability and pricing.
