Gigabyte GSmart MS802


We haven’t heard about it for a while, but it looks like Gigabyte is going to release a new Windows Mobile touchscreen handset, the new Gigabyte GSmart MS802. The phone will feature 3G, Wi-Fi, Windows Mobile Professional, and a 3.15 megapixel camera. The phone is not yet available, but at least we know its official list of specs.

Features and specifications: GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900 2G, and HSDPA 2100 3G networks; Display: TFT resistive touchscreen, 65K colors, 240 x 320 pixels, 2.8 inches; speakerphone; Memory: 128 MB RAM, 256 MB ROM internal, microSD card, and unlimited entries; GPRS; HSCSD; EDGE; 3G; Wi-Fi; Bluetooth and USB connectivity; a 3.15 megapixel camera, with 2048×1536 pixels, autofocus, and video; Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional OS; Marvell PXA270 520MHz processor; WAP, HTML, Push E-Mail; stereo FM radio with RDS; GPS; MP3/eAAC+/WMA/WAV/AMR player, and WMV/MP4/3gp player; Pocket Office; Business card scanner; organizer; T9; 117 x 59.8 x 14.8 mm, and 130g.

The Gigabyte GSmart MS802 will be available in Iron Gray color option, sometime in the third quarter of 2009. Pricing is still unknown.
