Samsung has just announced that it is going to launch, soon, two low-end devices: the Samsung E1110 and Samsung E2510.
The Samsung E1110 (right, in the picture) is a low-end phone, coming in candybar shape, and equipped with very simple features: a 128×128 pixels screen, Bluetooth connectivity, and 1.5 MB of internal memory.
The Samsung E2510, (left, in the picture) is a better device, coming in a clamshell form, and equipped with features like: quad-band GSM/GPRS (but without EDGE or 3G), radio, a VGA camera, Bluetooth connectivity, 15 MB of internal memory and a microSD card slot. It’s better indeed that the E1110.
We don’t have any information about the exact availability and pricing, but being such simple device, they will be probably offered for free, with a contract, of course. All in all, the exterior design of these phones is quite good. We’ll be back with news. 😉
