Sony Ericsson W705 Walkman phone


Yesterday, Sony Ericsson announced that the new W705 Walkman device will be available in the first quarter of 2009. The phone comes with high tech music features, like shake track control, Track ID song identification, SensMe mood playlists, and a built-in FM radio, but also Wi-Fi and PlayNow.

Features and specifications: music phone; GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz UMTS 900/2100MHz band; GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA/HSDPA/WiFi data; a main display of 2.4″ 262k color QVGA (240×320 pixels) TFT; a 3.2 megapixel camera; video record and playback; SMS, MMS and IM messaging; POP3/Web-based/Microsoft Exchange E-Mail; Bluetooth connectivity, with A2DP; memory: 120MB internal, and Memory Stick Micro (M2) card slot; FM radio; speakerphone; GPS; built-in accelerometer; PlayNow service; YouTube video client; 3D Java; 95mm x 47.5mm x 14.3mm, and 98g.

The Sony Ericsson W705 Walkman will be available in the first quarter of 2009, but pricing is still unknown.
